As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Davidoff - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer phones and transfer to the applicable team member.
- Assist customers with general questions and inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks for the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.
- Must be good with technology.
- Licensing is not required.
- Bilingual Spanish (required).
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
